From Farm to Glass

TONIK has a special connection to Bloom Table Farm, a Fayetteville farm owned by co-founder Desi Garnier. It gives us the opportunity to bring the seasons to the bar through locally grown herbs, berries, flowers, and other ingredients incorporated into select cocktails and event experiences.

We also source from other local farms and producers whenever possible, creating cocktails that feel connected to Northwest Arkansas and the season you're celebrating.



About Tonik

TONIK is founded by seasoned hospitality professionals Desi Garnier and Chris Gray, each with more than two decades of bartending and event production experience. We bring that experience to every event—from the first consultation to the final pour.

Our goal is simple: exceptional hospitality, thoughtful cocktails, and a bar experience that feels effortless for our clients and memorable for their guests.

Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, we serve Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and communities throughout Northwest Arkansas.
